Every Friday Night we have what we call family night.  We play games, singings, skits, and just have a good time as a family.  We also try to have a special meal for the children.  Throughout the week, we have very simple meals.  The children look forward for Friday's night meal.  We try to have an American meal: fry chicken, pot-roast, gumbo, hamburgers, ect.  We can feed over 50 children and staff a good meal on Friday Night for about $175.00
